Maroc: appel à une réforme de la Constitution
RABAT (AFP) – L’Istiqlal, parti du Premier ministre Abbas El Fassi, devrait appeler vendredi à une réforme de la Constitution marocaine renforçant la séparation des pouvoirs, en restant “en parfait accord avec le roi Mohammed VI”, lors de l’ouverture de son 15e congrès à Rabat.
